In re NOAH BURGE. DECEASED.
I, Noah Burge, of the town of Bonavista, in the Dominion of Newfoundland, do hereby make and publish this my last Will and Testament, revoking any that may have been made by me heretofore.
I appoint, Shadrach Burge, to be the Executor of this my last Will and Testament, directing him as soon as conveniently may be after my decease, to pay all my just and lawful debts, funeral and testamentary expenses out of my estate.
After the payment of all my just and lawful debts, funeral and Testamentary expenses, I give devise and bequeath all my property as follows, that is to say:
Signed, published and declared, by the said Testator, as and for his last Will and Testament, in the presence of us both together at the same time, and in his presence and at his request we have set our names thereto, as witnesses to the due execution thereof, the same having first been read over to him and explained.
