In re 

Luke Fitzpatrick deceased.

The Presbytery Marystown, P. B. This is the last will and testament of me Luke Fitzpatrick of Marystown in the Electoral Dist of Burin, Fisherman and I hereby revoke all former Wills by me made.

1. I give, devise and bequeath to my wife Honora Fitzpatrick all my property at Marystown at present occupied by me and consisting of dwelling house and land and all erections on same also my cattle and all household effects. To hold the same unto her absolutely.

Dated at Marystown this 28th day of December A.D. 1915. Luke Fitzpatrick. Signed by the said testator as and for his last will and testament, in the presence of us both being present at the same time, who at his request, in his presence, and in the presence of each other, have hereunto subscribed our names as Witnesses. Richard Fitzpatrick. Patrick J. Fitzpatrick.
