I, Joseph Baker, of Marystown being of sound memory and mind do declare this to be my last Will and testament; hereby revoking all former wills and Testamentary dispositions heretofore at any time made by me. I give, devise and bequeath all my real and personal estate of every kind and description and whereever situate unto my wife, Ellen Baker, to be hers during her natural life and at the death of my said wife the property hereby devised or bequeathed to her aforesaid shall go to my children to be equally divided amongst them after her death.
In witness whereof I hereunto set my hand this tenth day of March, in the year of Our Lord Nineteen hundred and twenty two.
