In re JOHN WINTER. DECEASED.
This is the last Will and Testament of me, John Winter of Burin in the District of Burin Newfoundland.First:- I appoint my son Raymond Winter the Trustee and Guardian of all my Estate (both real and personal) of any kind whatsoever, to hold in mutual use and possession for himself and for my other two sons, Oliver and Robert Winter, save and with the exception of my Property at Long Cove Point Burin. Second:- I give, devise and bequeath to my son Raymond Winter all my property at Long Cove Point consisting of Barn and Land, at my decease absolutely. Thirdly:- If at any time my sons Oliver and Robert should decide to leave Burin, then Raymond will value the Estate and give to each an equal share reserving for himself his third part. But under no consideration is any part of my property to be sold without my son Raymond consent and approval. Fourth:- As my dear wife is provided for out of her own Estate - yet she shall continue to live on my property with my son Raymond - and my three sons Raymond, Oliver and Robert are to see that she is kept in comfort until her death. Fifth:- I also wish my son Raymond, if in any difficulty at any time over the Estate, to consult with Mr Geo. A Bartlett of Burin for his advice and opinion. Sixth:- I appoint my son Raymond to be the Sole and only Executor of this my last Will and hereby revoke all former and other Wills by me at any time heretofore made. In Witness Whereof I, John Winter the Testator, have to this my last Will and Testament set my hand this 29th day of October at Burin. JOHN WINTER.
