In re: ELIJAH BADCOCK DECEASED.

Last will and testament This is the last will and testament of me Elijah Badcock of French's Cove. Bay Roberts. in the electoral District of Harbor Grace, Newfoundland. I devise and bequeath to my wife Caroline Badcock my house and land, also the sum of $400.00/100 (Four hundred dollars). after her decease said land to be equally shared by my two sons, Richard and Elijah.
I devise and bequeath to my son Elijah, the two traps and two boats and all my fishing gear, and appoint Mr. Solomon French sole executor hereof In witness whereof, I hereunto set my hand this sixteenth day of March in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and seven. Elijah Badcock. Signed by the said Elijah Badcock the testator, in our presence, who in his presence and in the presence of each other at the same time subscribe our names as witnesses Solomon French.
