Jense Jensen deceased.
In the name of God Amen. I Jense Jensen being weak in body but sound in mind do hereby declare this to be my last will and testament. I give and bequeath my dwelling house and ground at Harbor Briton, Newfoundland, to my wife Sarah Jensen for her whole and sole use and possession during her lifetime and on the death of the said Sarah Jensen I give and bequeath the before mentioned dwelling house and ground to my youngest son Albert Arthur Jensen for his whole and sole use and possession. Provided that I hereby give the old house on my ground to my son George Jensen for his whole and sole use and Provided further that my sons Thomas and John Jensen each be allowed a plot of ground twenty five feet by fifteen feet for building purposes should they desire it.
