While I have endeavored to be as correct as humanly possible, there could be some typographical errors
James Pardy deceased
I James Pardy of Little Harbor, Twillingate in the Northern district of the Island of Newfoundland, make this my last will and Testament, while in possession of sound mind and memory, this 13th day of April 1909 A. D. in manner and form as follows that is to say,
 I give and bequeath unto my four daughters Louisa Rice, Mary Ann Weir, Druscilla Ansty and Annie Clark the sum of Forty dollars each.  I give and devise unto my grandson Max Pardy son of Samuel my watch, unto my grandson Norman Pardy son of George Pardy my gun.
 I give and bequeath unto my sons
Samuel Pardy and George Pardy my whole property situated at Little Harbor
consisting of waterside premises, land and all erections thereon together
with all my land that may be situated elsewhere this confirming a Deed
of Gift made and registered heretofore
 all my fishing property consisting of traps nets skiffs etc. that I may die possessed of I give, devise and bequeath unto my sons Samuel and George Pardy.
 Should the schooner "Gladys C." not be sold before my death, I give and devise unto my sons Samuel Pardy and George Pardy in equal shares all my interest in and to the said schooner.
 Any money not already disposed
of I give devise and bequeath unto my sons and daughters in the following
manner that is to say to my sons Samuel Pardy and George Pardy to their
shares each to each of daughters one share each i.e. when my sons get three
dollars then my daughters are to one dollar
 All the rest residue and remainder of my property real and personal I give devise and bequeath unto my two sons Samuel Pardy and George Pardy their heirs administrators and assigns.
 And lastly I hereby appoint and constitute Charles white Notary Public to be my executor of this my last will and testament hereby revoking all other wills by me made. In witness whereof I hereunto set my hand this 13th day of April 1909 A. D. James his X mark Pardy. Signed in the presence of George Guy Alex Guy
