Point Verd Placentia. This is the last will and Testament of me Marguerite Breen of Point Verd Placentia I give devise and bequeath to Thom M. Green it all my land Cattal furniture houses andall goods and property of every description and situated at Point Verd willed and left to me by my mother Sarah Power dated 18 day of March A.D. 1895.
