In re
          Mary Morris deceased.

Newfoundland, I Mary Morris being of sound mind and understanding do hear publish and declare this to be my last will and testament revoking all former wills heretofore by me made first I recommend my soul to Almighty God Secondly I desire and bequeath unto my two daughters Mary Morris and Ann Morris all the property real and personal which I may die possessed of after the payment of my just debts and funeral expenses     as witness my hand and seal at Placentia November 19, 1840.     Mary Morris (LS)     Signed and sealed in the presence of and at the request of the testatrix, F. L. Bradshaw.
