Joseph Peers deceased

To those whom it may concern I, Joseph Peers of Liverpool England residing at Heart's Content. Do bequeath all my personal and real estate to my son Theodore Peers and after his decease the estate must go to his wife as long as she remains single, but if she marries again the estate must be equally divided among the sons, and if any daughters unmarried they are to do all in their power to support them, failing to do this the estate must be equally divided among the sons and daughters if no son living the estate must be equally divided among his daughters This is my last will and testament made this twenty third 23rd day of August in the year of our Lord One thousand nine hundred and six [1906] in my sound mind and good health.
