NL GenWeb Cemetery Inscriptions

Trinity Bay Region - Trinity South District

Hant's Harbour - Old Methodist Cemetery

Headstone Inscriptions are arranged in Cronological Order (1811 - 1870). Note #1: Names with the same location number were engraved on the same headstone. Note #2: "?" indicates that that portion of the headstone was unreadable. Note #3: "Relationship & Other information" was indicated on the headstone. Note #4: Richard Pelley is not buried in the Old Methodist Cemetery but in his potato garden located nearby. He is the only headstone in the potato garden though there are several field stones indicating ot hers are buried there.

The headstones were read, recorded and transcribed by NITA BROWN, 2002. While I have endeavored to be as correct as humanly possible, there could be some typographical errors.
