I protest this to be my last will and testament to leave what property I have remaining to my daughters Mary and Johana Walsh all the ground that is on the South side of the river that runs down to low water mark true the ground the dwelling house a cow a sheep a dresser a table a looking glass and my bed.     James Walsh, Trickses Cove.     as witness, Edward Butler, Patrick his X mark McDonnell.
