Frankford,April 11(Special)-Nicholas Dafoe, a resident of the 
Frankford distrist for the past fifteen years, died suddenly as 
the result of a heart seizure, while in the Trenton on Tuesday, 
April 9th. The late Mr. Dafoe, who was in his 63rd year, was 
born in Huntingdon township, being a son of Mr. & Mrs. Philip 
Dafoe. For sometime prior to moving to Frankford, he resided at 
Gilmor. In religion he was a member of the Free Methodist 
Church at Frankford and well esteemes. Surviving him are his 
wife, who prior to her marriage was Eliza Hailstone  three 
daughters Mrs Myrtle Fletcher, Whitby   Mrs. Bertha Todd, 
Trenton  Mrs. Bernice Bartlett, Toronto  two sons, James Dafoe 
Whitby  Lloyd Dafoe of Whitby   two sisters, Mrs. Matilda Gunsalos, 
Belleville  and Mrs. Abbie McInroy, Deloro ( two ) brothers Jacob 
Dafoe, Gunter and Thomas Dafoe of Gilmor. The funeral took 
place this thursday afternoon to the Free Methodist Church in 
Frankford, where service was conducted by the Rev. Mr. Bache. 
Interment was made in Stockdale cemetery.
