Richard Pringle's Will Lennox County © Janice Butteworth (butterj@cadvision.com) ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- In the Registration of the County of Lennox A Nominal of a Will to be Registered in the following words, pursuant to the Statute in that behalf made and provided This instrument witnesseth that I, Richard Pringle, of the Township of Richmond, Midland District and Province of Canada, being of sound and disposing mind and memory and understanding do make, publish and declare this to be my last will and testament hereby revoking, making null and void all former tests, wills and Instruments and writings in the nature of wills and testaments by me heretofore made. My wish is first that my general charge and just debts be paid by my executors herein after named. The residue of my estate and property which shall not be required for the payment of my just debts, funeral charges and the expenses attending the execution of this my will and the administration of my estate, I give _____ and devise to my beloved wife, Lana Pringle. All my household furniture and personal property, to have and to hold to her and her heirs and administrators to her and then _____ _____ forever. I do also bequeath the said Lana Pringle, my beloved wife the entire exclusive and _______ use of my real estate, to have and to hold the same for and during her natural life then the proceeds of the said real estate to be given to my sons hereafter named within one year, I give and bequeath to my son, Caleb Pringle, in token of my friendship for him, five shillings currency, to be paid by my executors hereinafter named within one year after the decease of my beloved wife, Lana Pringle, to have and to hold the same to him the said Caleb Pringle, his heirs to and for his and their own use forever. I give, devise and bequeath to my sons, Abraham Pringle and Edward Pringle in token of my friendship for them, five shillings currency each to be paid by my executors one year after the decease of said Lana Pringle, by beloved wife, to hold forever. I give, devise and bequeath to my daughters, Mahitable Pringle, Nancy Pringle, Deborah Pringle and Margaret Pringle the sum of five shillings currency each to be paid by my executors to have and to hold to her own use forever.
