As per telegram to Commissioner on the 23rd Sept

This man refused to answer all questions was drunk and refused to be put off the Train- Had to stop twice to get him off He then came into my office and said he would walk to Nelson BC He said he would catch me in Nelson and fix me so that I would never put off an other man He is a bad man and will cause trouble He started to walk to Nelson (60 miles) at 3:30 this PM He could talk good English and made several threats
