BC Anglican Church Archives Researchers can browse listings and descriptions of various holdings held by the Anglican Church Archives of BC.
British Columbia Archival Union List

The British Columbia Archival Union List (BCAUL) provides access to descriptions of records held at 180 publicly-accessible archives in BC.

BC Archives The BC Archives of the government of British Columbia, provides research access to records of enduring value to the province for both the provincial government and public researchers.
BC Cemetry Finding Aid A database of over 344,000 interments in British Columbia.
BC Genealogical Queries Postings of queries related to British Columbia.
BC Genealogical Society The BCGS Resource Center has over 10,000 publication titles, plus numerous census records on fiche, tape and CDROM. The facility and equipment such as fiche and tape readers, computers (CDROM's & Internet) are available for use for free to members and $5.00 a day for non members. 

The BCGS site hosts a free index to the BC 1901 census, and pages with information and links to BC obituary sources, BC genealogical and historical groups, etc., and their searchable library catalogues.  There are now over 12,000 worldwide publication in the Library.  The Society's BC cemeteries webpage houses records from many of BC's cemeteries, all of the information being provided by volunteers.

BC Geographical Names This sites provides information on geographical names, which can reveal patterns of settlement, exploration and migration, and mirror outside influences to our history.
BC Historical Association The British Columbia Historical Association was established on October 12, 1922, and on March 2, 1927, the Association was registered under the Societies Act. It was renamed the British Columbia Historical Federation on July 29, 1983—a name that better reflects its role as an umbrella organization for provincial historical societies. The Federation is a non–profit organization registered as a charitable society under the Income Tax Act.
BC Vital Statistics Agency This site provides information on genealogy services, including an electronic index to historical birth, death and marriage records.
Canadian Adoptees Registry Provides some information but only on Canadian adoptions.
Canadian Library Gateway for BC Canadian library websites and catalogues related to BC.
City of Vancouver Archives Researchers are able to familiarize themselves with the archival holdings by searching the online database.

Fort Langley - Brief History Fort Langley was part of a network of trading posts established by the Hudson's Bay Company on the Pacific Slope in the early nineteenth century.
Genealogy Help List  - Canada Genealogy Helplist Canada is a list of volunteers willing to lookup specific information related to genealogy in Canada using reference materials at institutions near them, or otherwise easily accessible to them. Volunteers are not expected to do your research for you, but may be able to provide answers to specific requests. 
Historic Yale 125 years ago Yale was one of the biggest towns in British Columbia. Browse this site for information on Yale's history, museum and church.
Immigrant Ships Transcribers Guild Passenger manifests which have been transcribed by volunteers. You can search easily by surname, captain's name, port of arrival/departure or name of the ship.
Immigrants to Canada The information on these pages has been extracted from various government records, as well as the odd shipping record (mostly from the Allan Line). It contains, voyage accounts, emigration information, lists of ships sailing to Canada, information on the ports, and on the people. Many of these lists give the name of the ship, Master, Port of Departure, Port of Arrival and other such information. Some list the organization which sponsored the emigrants.

Surrey's History A very informative site for those researchers wanting to learn more about the history of Surrey.
Surrey Public Library (Cloverdale branch) The Cloverdale Library is well known for its extensive genealogy collection of Canadian sources for people whose ancestors arrived in Canada during or prior to the 19th century. Visit the Genealogy section where you will find informative links including one to the library's Canadian Genealogical Resources (free download).
The Hudson Bay Company For researchers interested in the Hudson Bay Company this sites provides several navigational links to matters of interest.
Western Land Grants (1870-1930) This database relates exclusively to Letters Patent issued by the Lands Patent Branch of the Department of the Interior. The records refer to grants issued in Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta and the railway belt of British Columbia, c. 1870-1930.
