A project falls under these guidelines:

it's part of a CanadaGenWeb site

it's a concerted effort to reach a goal (i.e. transcribing all wills in xx county, collecting one specific type of data, etc)

the goal is tracked on a page or website (meaning just one link to that page is required, not a link to every submission)

it's an ongoing (still active) or fully finished endeavour
