Hansen family who were residents of Lincoln.  Hans Hansen immigrated from Denmark to America in 1884.  He married Marie Magdalene Nielsen on 21 May 1890 in Lincoln.  Hans and Marie can be found in the 1900 and 1910 censuses in Lincoln.  By the 1920 census, they had moved to Corning, California.  Hans died in Corning on 4 Jan 1944; Marie died 27 Jul 1958 in Corning.  The people in the picture are:  1st row, Marie Hansen; 2nd row, l to r, Roy Hansen, Dora Hansen, and Oscar Hansen; 3rd row, l to r, Victor Hansen, Marie (Nielsen) Hansen, and Hans Hansen; 4th row, l to r, Karen Hansen & Magdalene Hansen. The picture was probably taken about 1907-8 because Roy Hansen was born in Aug 1905. Submitted by Marilyn Lane

Lincoln High School 1910 Senior Class - Magdalene Hansen, is in the 4th row, 4th from the right.  Magdalene would have been 18 in 1910.  She was born 24 Mar 1892 in Lincoln, CA and died 14 Jun 1982 in Sacramento, CA. Submitted by Marilyn Lane
