The meaning behind our logo.
- Round because our ancestors come from around the world.
- Tree shapes easily identifies a genealogical society and research on family lineage is commonly known as family tree.
- Between the mountains because we physically are located in the Sacramento Valley.
- Open door and steps strongly hint at stepping through history into a root cellar to discover those genelogical finds of yesteryear.
- Roots are important to us. This organization serves as a forum to exchange information and share in tracing our own roots.
- In addition, we hope to "OPENING DOORS" so others can purse the ancestrial search.
