Our Spring seminar, 'My Germans' A Workshop for Ancestor-Chasers, will be held on Saturday, April 25th 2015 at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. This all-day event will feature Dr. Roger P. Minert, along with four genealogy specialists from Brigham Young University. Legacy Userís Group
First Tuesday of Each Month at 1:00 p.m.
Roots and gold Dust Genealogical Society is sponsoring a Legacy Userís Group.† Richard Wilson will be instructing the Legacy8 Genealogical Software class on the first Tuesday of each month, beginning on April 7th at 1:00 PM.† The class will be held in the same room that we use for our monthly meetings, the Primary Room.† The location is the LDS Church located at 3275 Cedar Ravine Road, Placerville, CA.† If you have Legacy8 loaded on your laptop, tablet, etc. you may bring it and use your copy of Legacy8 to follow along with the material being presented.† You are also welcome to attend, take notes and gather information about how to use the Legacy8 Program. Handouts will also be available for all attendees.†
