Kinney District
(Booklet p. 10) Commencing at a point on the American river, near the southwest corner of section thirty-three, township nine north, range six east, running thence east one mile; thence south three miles, to the southeast corner of Hunt's land - being the southeast corner of section sixteen, township eight north, range six east; thence east six miles, to the southeast corner of section sixteen, township eight north, range seven east; thence north to the American river; thence westerly along said river to the place of beginning.
Laguna District
Commencing at, and including the place of R. White and Bro's., in section thirty-three, township six north, range seven east; thence north four miles, through the center of sections thirty-three, twenty-eight, twenty-one, and sixteen, township six north, range seven east; to the section (Minute Book p. 165) line between sec (Booklet p. 11) tions sixteen and nine, said township and range; thence east half a mile; thence north to the Grant line - being near the northwest corner of section ten, said township and range; thence along the Grant line to the northwest corner of section two, said township and range; thence east two miles; thence south two miles; thence east six and a half miles, to the boundary line between Sacramento and Amador counties; thence south along said line four miles; thence north five and a half miles, more or less, to the southeast corner of section thirty-one, township five north, range eight east; thence south one mile; thence west four miles; thence north one mile; thence west half a mile to the place of beginning.
Live Oak District
(Booklet p. 11.)Commencing at the northeast corner of section twenty-three, township eight north, range eight east; thence running west four an one-half miles, more or less, to where Carson Creek crosses the north line of Cosumnes township; thence southerly along said creek to its intersection with the range line between ranges seven and eight; thence south half a mile, more or less, to the Cosumnes river; thence easterly along said river, to the mouth of Arkansas creek - this being near the southeast corner of section five, township seven north, range eight east; thence southeasterly along said creek to the section line between sections thirteen and fourteen, said township and range; thence north five and a half miles, more or less, along the section line between sections thirteen and fourteen, eleven and twelve, and one and two, township seven north, range eight east, and sections thirty-five and thirty-six, twenty-six and twenty-five, and twenty-three and twenty-four, township eight north, range eight east, to the place of beginning. The boundaries are to include Messrs. J. Himebaugh, C. Clark and E. Mylar.
Lincoln District
(Booklet p. 11) Commencing at the north line of the county, at the center of the section line between sections nine and ten, township ten north, range five east; thence running west to the Sacramento river; thence along said river to where it intersects the section line between sections twenty-six and thirty-five, township ten north, range three east; thence east ten and one-half (booklet p. 12) miles, more or less, to the boundary line between Center and American townships; thence north three and one-half miles, to the place of beginning on the northern boundary of the county.
Magnolia District
(Booklet p. 12) Commencing at a point on the American river, where the section line between sections ten and eleven, township eight north, range five east, intersects said river; running thence south one and one-half miles, more or less, to the northeast corner of Langdon's ranch, this being the northeast corner of section twenty-two, said township and range, thence west one-half a mile to the northwest corner of said ranch; thence south one-half mile to the center of section twenty-two, said township and range, thence east three miles to the center of section nineteen, township eight north, range six east, thence north through the center of sections nineteen, eighteen and seven of said township and range, to American river; thence along said river to the place of beginning.
Mokelumne District
(Booklet p. 12) Commencing at the southwest corner of Franklin township; thence running north to the township line between townships five and six; thence east on said line to the Cosumnes river; thence down and with the bank of said river to its junction with the Mokelumne river; thence down and with the Mokelumne river to the place of beginning.
Michigan Bar District
(Booklet p. 12) Commencing at the northeast corner of section twenty-four, township eight north, range eight east, where it intersects the east line of Sacramento County; running thence west one mile; thence south six miles, to the southwest corner of section thirteen, township seven north, range eight east; thence east to the east line of the county; thence north along said east line to the place of beginning.
