Will/Wull
The earliest known ancestor of this branch of the Will/Wull family is Hans Georg Wull born about 1660 in Bruchhausen, Cleve, Germany. His grandson, Gerhardt, came to America on the ship "Friendship," under Captain John Mason from Rotterdam via Cowes, England, landing 2 November 1744 at Philadelphia and then settled in Windsonr Township, Berks County, Pennsylvania. Another family headed by a Daniel Will was found in Cumru Township, Berks County as early as 1767. It is not known whether these two families are related, but if they are the link has not yet been discovered. It is Daniel Will of Cumru whose great granddaughter, Elizabeth, married into the Bobst line.
