Directions to the Library

• assisting its members and the public with their genealogical research,
  
• providing educational and research opportunities for genealogy and family history researchers,
  
• maintaining a genealogical research library, and
  
• collecting, preserving and publishing San Diego County, California genealogical and historical records.
  

There are SDGS members who live throughout San Diego County who are researching their ancestors from all corners of the world, as well as members from far away places who are researching their San Diego County, California ancestry. We strive to be a resource for both.
