We invite you to participate in the Ralphs Community Contribution Program to help raise money for the Society when you shop at Ralphs. Through this program Ralphs will donate to SOCCGS a portion of the cash register receipt total for shoppers with a Ralphs Rewards Card. The amount donated to SOCCGS varies from 1% to 4% of the total amount you spend each time you shop at Ralphs. Here are the instructions to register for the program and designate SOCCGS to receive your donations.
To participate in the program you need a Ralphs Rewards Card. If you don’t have one, you can get it the next time you visit your Ralphs market.
IF YOU HAVE NOT REGISTERED YOUR REWARDS CARD ONLINE
(These procedures apply to everyone who has not yet entered their e-mail address and assigned a password on the Ralphs website.)
1. Go to www.Ralphs.com and click on “Sign In/Register” in the upper right area of the page.
2. Most participants are new online customers, so you will click on “Sign up today!” in the “New Customer?” box.
3. Sign up for a Ralphs Account by doing the following: enter your Zip Code and click on your favorite store; enter your E-mail Address and confirm your E-mail Address; create a Password and confirm your Password; select your Communication Preferences. Click Next and continue on the next page.
4. Enter your Ralphs Rewards Card Number (a 12-digit number) and Contact Information. Click Next and on the following page review and Confirm Your Ralphs Account Information. Then check that you agree to the terms and conditions and click on the “complete registration” box at the bottom of the page.
5. You will then get a message to check your e-mail inbox and click on the link within the body of the e-mail message you received. Then you will see a message that your Ralphs Account has been activated.
6. Click on “Click here” to login to your Account. Enter your E-mail Address and Password to access your Ralphs Account. If your session has expired you will be directed to the sign-in page. Click on “My Account” and enter your E-mail Address and Password to proceed.
7. Scroll down and click on “Edit Community Contribution Program”.
8. Enter the NPO number or name of the organization (South Orange County California Genealogical Society), or select organization from list and click the “save changes” box. (The NPO number for SOCCGS is 91293).
9. To verify you are enrolled correctly, you will see your organization’s name on the right side of your information page.
10. You have now completed your online registration. Click on “Logout” in the upper right area of the page.
IF YOU HAVE ALREADY REGISTERED YOUR REWARDS CARD ONLINE
(This means you have previously entered your e-mail address and assigned yourself a password on the Ralphs website.)
1. Go to www.Ralphs.com and click on “Sign In/Register” in the upper right area of the page.
2. Enter your E-mail Address and Password
3. Click on “My Account” in the upper right area of the page.
4. Review all your information and edit as necessary.
5. To change or re-designate your community organization click on “Edit Community Contribution Program Information”.
6. In the “Find Your Organization” section enter the NPO number or the first five letters of your organization’s name (South Orange County California Genealogical Society) and click “search”. (The NPO number for SOCCGS is 91293).
7. Next, in the “Select Your Organization” section, click the button next to the organization name.
8. To save your selection click on “save changes”.
9. Review all information in your Account. You will now see all the changes you made and your account is updated.
10. Click on “Logout” in the upper right area of the page.
