The birthdate from secondary sources, 30 apr 1650, cannot be correct and is not found in the registers at Moudon. She appears in 1657 twice as a sponsor at a baptism, daughter of Balthazard Burnand. On one such occasion, 16 jul 1657, the other sponsor is her future husband, Abraham Faucherres son of Sieur Guillaume. Her first appearance in this capacity would traditionally be shortly after she had passed confirmation, usually 15-17 years of age. Therefore, we place her birthdate about 1641.
