IGI information shows name Caldwell. However, the census is very clear about this family. Family records suggest she was actually born in Ireland. It is just possible that Joseph Barnett's first wife Margaret Ann was her sister.

Family notes from Stanley Barnett have the Colwells migrating from Ireland in 1818. However, this does not agree with a variety of census records that show each of the children born in Ireland. There are many inconsistencies in these records, however. It would appear that at least some family members were in Pennsylvania by 1835. It is very possible there are more children, and in particular that Margaret Ann first wife of Joseph Barnett was one of them. There are several other Colwells in Armstrong Co. in 1850, relationships unclear.
