NOTES: Henry Salyers arrived in Colorado about 1880/1885. He came with family members from Nicolsville, Scott County, Virginia. He owned a short order restraunt in Brighton for a while and one in Fort Lupton. He also owned an apartment building on California Street near downtown Denver. He also owned several homes in Brighton, the last one being 339 Walnut, where he lived at the time of his death.
