FORGOTTEN PAST OF ADAMS COUNTY, VOL. III
Introduction
Thanks to several of my students, there is going to be less "Forgotten Past of Adams County." They have captured in words and pictures of people, places and live styles that are slowly but steadily drifting away from us.
This volume represents the third edition of our efforts. It brings us to a total of over 50 chapters researched by over 100 students over a five year span. All of us who have had a pat in these volumes are more knowledgeable about the past history of Adams County, but even more important, these 100 plus students have developed a product that they are proud of and can share with others and can honestly say that they have produced something that no one else has ever done.
Each year I have a new batch of talent to work with and somehow we never seem to run out of topics to research. This is in part due to the residents of Adams County who are constantly suggesting new people or places for us to consider.

I do not live in Colorado so I am unable to help with your personal research questions. All the information I know about Adams County is posted promptly on this site. Please visit the "Research Resources" section of this site. I would suggest that if you don't find the information your looking for here, that you join the email list and post your question on the query board. The more places you ask the question, the better your chances of getting an answer.
