We are in the Denver metropolitan area, conveniently located along HWY 36 between Denver and Boulder. Map and Directions

Meetings are held at 6:00 pm on the 3rd Thursday of each month in the 2nd floor meeting room of the Mamie Doud Eisenhower Library. Annual dues are $15.00 per individual or $20.00 per household. There is no charge for guests to attend a meeting.
Membership Application

Our mission is to promote interest in genealogy, supporting our members and the interested public through education and genealogical research. We encourage genealogical research through careful documentation and the maintenance of quality genealogical standards, to locate and preserve public and private genealogical records with particular interest in those resources located in Broomfield and to help make those records available to the public.

                                            

 

BGS Happenings

Research trip to Allen County Public Library in Fort Wayne, IN. September 29 - October 3, 2013. Join the Broomfield Genealogical Society for a visit one of the largest genealogical research collections. The trip Includes four days of research, orientation tour and daily classes on the collections housed there. Click on the link above for a tour flyer. We took a tour of the brand new NARA facility, built in our own backyard. After the informative tour many of our members enjoyed lunch together.
