Lookup Volunteers Needed!

If you have access to books or records that may be helpful to another researcher, please volunteer to do occasional lookups!
To volunteer, send me an e-mail.  Be sure to include your name and e-mail address and the types of lookup(s) you can do.  If you have specific books or resources available to you, please provide that information as well.
Remember, volunteers make this project work!

The following kind folks are willing to assist researchers on a voluntary basis.  They do not charge for their time, but may ask for reimbursement of copy or mailing costs.  You must be able to provide specific information for them to research and we ask that you limit your request to one or two items only.  Please DO NOT ask these volunteers to find "everyone by the name of Smith" or ask them to locate information based on vague details such as "sometime in 1864".  If you need an obituary or funeral notice, please narrow the date of death down to within 1 month or better.  If you need a clipping or copy of a document, provide as much information as possible to help the researcher find what you need.  

REMEMBER:  these folks are volunteering to help you out of the kindness of their own hearts, so please be polite and gracious, even if they can't locate the item you wanted.
