"To provide a mail list for agencies, organizations and individuals who share the common interest of documentation and preservation of Colorado's cemeteries and burial grounds. Mail List Members are asked:

To share stories on this mail list of both successful activities and those that failed.

To submit to the mail list innovative suggestions to meet special needs.

To encourage by respectful comments other mail list participants to ask questions whenever answers are needed.

To recognize unique area problems and to use this mail list as a route to finding help.

To respond to mail list postings whenever appropriate."
