Bethany Cemetery

Bethany Cemetery is located approximately 9 miles east of Matheson on US 24 and about .5 mile south on County Road 185. The power line seen in the background follows US 24. What is left of the cemetery is overgrown and there are only a few markers. The Hill, Stowell and Yoder markers are within the enclosure seen in the foreground. The Troyer marker is the dark stone seen in the rear of the picture. There is evidence of other burials here but no markers.
