William ''Dave'' Sanders -47

Born Oct. 22, 1951, in Eldorado, Ill., Sanders was raised in Veedersburg, about 50 miles northwest of Indianapolis. In high school, the 6-foot-1-inch Sanders played basketball and baseball and ran cross country. He got his college degree from Chadron State in Nebraska in 1973.
