Other: The Roberts family Loop District property for property in the new town called Green City, Colorado. This turned out to be a grand scam. Green City was to be located near the city of Greeley, Colorado, but didn't materialize. The Roberts family finally settled in Livermore, Colorado at the invitation of Russell Fisk who at the time owned the Livermore Hotel. Mr. Roberts built his own hotel in 1875 at the fork of Highway 287 and the Red Feather Lakes road. Hence, the "Forks Hotel".
