September 1897 - Montrose Grade School
Here are some class pictures dated September 21, 1897

The only person positively identified is Edith Skinner (Grade 5).

 Mable Skinner should have been in Grade 3, James Skinner in Grade 2, Lonie Skinner in Grade 7. I can only guess on which ones they are in the group pictures. I'm pretty sure Lonie is in the middle row, 7th from the left, in sailor blouse, looking to her left. In the 3rd grade photo, I think Mable could be in the second for the bottom row, first one on the left, light colored dress. I can't even guess which one is Jimmie in 2nd grade. 

Family note: Lonie died of typhoid fever in 1899, at the age of 13.
