Jeremiah was born Mar 1859 in Wales. He was the son of Timothy Cotter and Mary Healy. Jeremiah died Jan 31, 1926 in West Wyoming, PA. He emigrated, 1867. Point of origin: pt of origin unknown. He petitioned the court to become a citizen in PA?, before 1900. Jeremiah died Jan 31, 1926 in West Wyoming, PA. (See Jeremiah Cotter for the continuation of this line.)
