20. Nikolaus Jacob⁴ Gillen (Nikolaus³ Gilen, Paul² Gielen, Quirin¹) was born in Krautscheid, Germany November 4, 1858. Nikolaus died June 3, 1931 in Lake Marion, Mn., at 72 years of age.

He married Gertrude Weber in New Market, Mn., April 28, 1884. Gertrude was born November 23, 1863 in Fliesam, Germany. Gertrude died January 6, 1947 in St. Paul, Mn., at 83 years of age.

Occupation: TAILOR. He was christened in St. Martin Cath Church-Ringhus, November 5, 1858.(29)
