He married Catherine bef 1808. (Catherine #1326.) Catherine was born in Ireland.

He resided 1826.

Thomas English and Catherine had the following children:

3 ii. Margaret English #2 was born in Co Kerry, Ireland abt 1807/16.⁽¹¹¹⁾ Obit says she was 80 yrs old and born 1807 in County Kerry. Margaret died March 1, 1887 in Haverhill, Olmsted Co, MN.⁽¹¹²⁾ Her body was interred March 4, 1887 in Simpson, Olmsted Co, MN, St. Bridget's.⁽¹¹³⁾ She married Jeremiah Lawler in Ireland, about 1824. (Jeremiah Lawler #1.) Jeremiah was born about 1796 in Ballybunion or Gullane, Co Kerry, Ireland.⁽¹¹⁴⁾ Jeremiah's tombstone says he was age 72 in 1868, so born about 1796.

His body was interred 1868 in Simpson, Olmsted Co, MN, St. Bridget's.⁽¹¹⁵⁾ He was listed as the head of a family on the 1860 Census in Zumbro, Olmsted Co, MN. The surname was misspelled Taylor in this census. However, the agricultural census in 1860, correctly shows him as Jeremiah Lawlor. Some names and ages are also obviously incorrect. Jeremiah is shown as owning $1000 of real estate and $100 of personal property. Also a John Taylor shown but son John was listed separately two houses away.

He was listed as head of a household in a state census in 1865 in in Sherman, Olmsted Co, MN. He made a will in Olmsted Co, MN, Oct 24, 1867.⁽¹¹⁶⁾ Jeremiah's will was probated in Olmsted Co, MN, June 13, 1868.⁽¹¹⁷⁾ His body was interred 1868 in Simpson, Olmsted Co, MN, St. Bridget's.⁽¹¹⁸⁾ (See Jeremiah Lawler for the continuation of this line.)

She emigrated, 1850. Point of origin: Ireland.⁽¹¹⁹⁾ She resided in New York abt 1851.⁽¹²⁰⁾ Margaret moved to 1858 in Minnesota.⁽¹²¹⁾ She was listed as a household member living with Jeremiah Lawler in the 1860 Census in Zumbro, Olmsted Co, MN. The surname was misspelled Taylor in this census. However, the agricultural census in 1860, correctly shows him as Jeremiah Lawlor. Some names and ages are also obviously incorrect. Jeremiah is shown as owning $1000 of real estate and $100 of personal property. Also a John Taylor shown but son John was listed separately two houses away.
