The Hough-Harris Cemetery is located in the Southwest corner of Bozrah, 200 yards in from both Lake Road And Scott Hill Rd. There is a beautifulHorse farm on the corner and the cemetery is located over the fence in the farthest corner. Since access to the cemetery is over privateproperty, permission should be requested before entering.
The name Hough-Harris probably came from the marriage of Phebe Harris to Jabez Hough who are both probably buried here, but with unreadableMarkers in 1934, a Mr. N. J. Spellman was commissioned to visit all the Old cemeteries in the area to search for veterans of our countries' wars as well as To morialize all the information found on headstones. This is his list of readableheadstones:

Dyer Harris, died Nov. 26, 1874, age 79 ( He was a teacher in Bozrah )

Laura Hazen Harris (wife of JRH) died June 23, 1848 age 60
