BIOGRAPHIES
|
| A warm colonial welcome to ye!
We're Elaine O'Leary and Anne
Taylor-Czaplewski and we're the hosts of the New London County Biographies
Page. Please feel free to email us with your suggestions and if you
have any BIOGRAPHIES,
we'd love to post them!
So, get comfortable & sit back with
a warm cup of apple cider and enjoy the site!
| In
May of 1997, this project was organized by Jeff Murphy, using the established
KY Biographies Project as a model. State coordinators were sought
to set up their own state project. They were offered the system design
and tools created for the KY project, but were free to set up their project
in any way they chose. Volunteers are
needed to enter, edit, and archive the biographies for each project.
If you have biographies you would like to donate for New London County,
please email me! |

HOW
TO SUBMIT MY BIOGRAPHIES?
| This is EASY! First, make sure the
copyright is BEFORE 1922 or that you've written it yourself. Then,
just send us an email with the document in a text (.txt) or Word (.doc)
format. Be sure to tell us WHO the bio is about; WHERE you located
it; and WHICH Connecticut county it is about. And, if you have a
xerox of it and you're not into scanning and typing, email
us and we'll give you the address to send it in via regular mail.
Now, wasn't that easy??? |
