June’s State Regent’s Project was the "American History Bookshelf." Books about American history, heritage, government, heroes, and heroines were presented to DC public elementary school libraries. During her administration, the DCDAR Long Range Planning Commission was begun and the Chapter Honors program was initiated. The State financial policy statement was formulated and the investment of State funds was diversified. DCDAR celebrated its 100th State Conference, the DC centennial pin was designed, and a time capsule was "buried." |

| The Eleanor Wilson Chapter is proud to have several women serving as both State and National pages. Women from the age of 18 to 40 may serve as pages to both DCDAR and NSDAR throughout the year. Paging is a wonderful opportunity to meet other women across the State and Nation and to learn more about DAR while serving the organization. | |||
