I need help with a very unusual name. Great-great-grandmother was Ellender MCCOMMORACH. This is how she is listed on marriage record. She married Edward P. DAZEY in 1842. Both listed as born in Sussex County. They are listed in 1850 census, along with 5 sons. There are absolutely no MCCOMMORACH listed in the census. However, there are 2 MCCOMERICK listed. I truly feel that the MCCOMERICK listed is Ellen's family. I will continue to dig and look for proof of my theory. In the meantime, does anyone have any insight, tips, hints, suggestions, info, opinion or whatever concerning MCCOMMORACH/MCCOMERICK?
