Monthly meetings are held in Cambridge, from October to March and an AGM in May. The lecture programmes cover a wide range of subjects. In the summer months excursions and visits to places of historic interest are arranged.

Members are encouraged to transcribe records and carry out research on their own or with others and to make the results available through the Review or elsewhere.
