Manor Rectoria Eadburby als Aderbury In Co Oxon

19 November 1706

“I William Burbereo of Adderbury aforesaid Baker and Mary his now wife customary tenant of the said Manor do surrender into the hands of the Warden and Fellows of New College in Oxon Lords of the said Manor by the hands of Thomas Page one other customary tenant of the same Manor. All these five lands of arable ground with a hade with all and singular the appurtenances thereunto belonging as they lye dispersedly bounded in the fields and liberties of Adderbury aforesaid situate within the said Manor formerly purchased of Mark Blincoe and now in the possession of the said William Burberow and Mary his said wife unto the use and behoofe of John Flint of Adderbury aforesaid Shepherd and Elizabeth his now wife for and during their natural lives and after their decease to the use and behoofe of their heires between them lawfull begotten or to be begotten and for default of such issue to the right heirs of the said John Flint for ever according to the custom of the said Manor. In witness whereof the said William Burberow and Mary his said wife hath hereunto sett their hands the day and year first above written”
