Manor Rectoria De Eadbury als Adderbury in County Oxon

The 31st October 1720

“Thomas Judd of Adderbury aforesaid a customary tenant of the said Manor doth surrender into the hands of the Warden and Fellowes of New College in Oxon Lords of the said Manor by the hands of John Humphreys another customary tenant of the said manor All that his now dwelling house messuage or tenement with the appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining situate and being in Adderbury aforesaid within the said Manor being heretofore the house messuage or tenement of Thomas Judd deceased father of the said Thomas Judd and now in the possession of him the said Thomas Judd or his assignes. To the use and behoofe of William Welford of Adderbury aforesaid weaver and of his heires and assignes for ever according to the customs of the said Manor. In witness whereof the said Thomas Judd hath hereunto set his hand this day and year first above written.”
