Holy Trinity church was built by James Foster & Son, 1820-21. The exterior is attractive and is of ashlar. It has a castellated west tower with a big cornice, pinnacles, diagonal buttresses, and round quatrefoil windows in the first stage. The windows generally have simple Dec tracery. The interior is a broad auditorium with west gallery of 1821. The north porch and organ chamber were added in 1872 by C.P. Pritchett. The chancel is painted inside. This work was done by E.H. Lingen Barker in 1899. The 1933 vestries are by Sir G. Oatley.
