My
name is Dick George. I am a semi-retired archaeologist who works
in the Upper Ohio River valley area in W. Pennsylvania, USA. I am
involved in writing reports of past excavations while working on a Ca.
A.D. 1430 village site with amateurs.
Cornish interests are the GEORGE family of Parranarworthal area as well as TREWEEK (grandfather's middle name) and TIDDY (grandmother's maiden name) families. Hobbies include wood carving especially of Native American art, ie., masks and kacina dolls plus delving into railroads and their history. Donna, my wife, is of eastern European origins, and is a spinner, weaver and a maker of beaded things. She is also an excellent field archaeologist. |
