Description and Travel

This village and parish adjoin the North Sea about 9 miles north-north-east of Boston. Leake parish is to the west and Friskney parish to the north-east. The parish covers a bit more than 6,500 acres.

Military History

There is a photograph of the War Memorial at the Parish Council site.

In the church there is an American flag and a brass plaque commemorating the crew of a US Liberator bomber that crashed on Wrangle Common in 1944 after "icing up". One crew member survived.
