Please only submit one name at a time. Check your entry carefully before you click the Submit button. Entries may not appear on the list until several days after submission. If you make a mistake whilst completing the form, click the Clear Form button. Please do not use this form to advise us of an alteration to an existing entry, for instructions see the Changes section

Please use the following format: 

• The SURNAME in capitals and first name (if applicable)
• use a / with no space either side to separate place names. For any place (in Norfolk) use the phrase any place
• We DO NOT list "Norfolk" as a place as this is taken for granted. 
• Listings for places not within the past or present boundaries of the County of Norfolk will not be included
• Date(s) of interest. For any time frame please use the words any time 
• Ignoring these simple rules may mean your entry is rejected
