I Thomas Cole of Cranfield in the County of Bedford Daryman being of sound Mind Memory an disposing Understanding praised be God for the same, remembering the great Uncertainty of this present Life & the Certainty of my Death moved by a Desire to settle my worldly Affairs do therefore make publish & declare this my last Will and Testamt in manner and form following (that is to say) First I do Give will and bequeath unto my son William Cole the sum of twenty four Pounds which is owing to me on a Noate from my son Wm Cole, Also I do give will and bequeath unto Tho: Cole my Grandson, son of William Cole the sum of five Pounds of Good & lawfull Money of Great Brittain to be pd one Year after my decease by my Exs hereinafter mentioned unto my son Wm Cole in Trust for my Grandson Tho Cole untill he shall arrive at the Age of twenty one Years Now I do hereby Give will and bequeath all my Cattle Stock household Goods & all other my personall Estate unto my loving Wife Sarah Cole & my Daughr Elizabeth Cole who I make joint Exrx of this my last Will and Testamt thye paying my just debts & funeral Expences And Lastly I do hereby utterly revoke to all Intents & purposes whatsoever all former & other Wills by me at any time heretofore made & do publish & declare this only to be my last Will & Testamt Contained in one Sheet of paper wherein I have in witness hereof made my Mark & Seal this second day of August in the twenty third Year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord George the second by the Grace of Great Britain France and Ireland King Defender of the Faith & so forth & in the Year of our Lord One thousand seven hundred and fifty The mark of Thomas Cole Wm Coleman John Basterfield Proved 15 September 1750 to Elizabeth Cole Dughter of the deceased and survivng Executrix named in the Will Archdeaconry of Bedford MM2341/1750/33
